Understanding and Treating Uterine Congestion
Uterine Congestion is a very common gynaecological condition that is really important to recognise and treat. It can be a major cause of issues like dysmenorrhea, menorrhagia, fibroids and endometriosis. Classical Osteopathy clearly recognises it; yet it is something not discussed in Western Medicine! The lecture will include a look at important nerve centres for the uterus and at vasomotion in relation to the uterus. We will look at the relationship between Uterine Congestion and common pelvic and lumbar lesion patterns. This will give us a clear idea of how to treat patients with this condition.
